Eusocial
A place for parents living with perinatal mental health struggles — before, during, and long after the first year — to say what happened, anonymously. No names. No accounts. No judgment. You choose: let your words go, or let them be held.
Release — your words never leave your screen and are not saved. Share — your anonymous story goes to Eusocial, where it may be chosen to help document gaps in care and push for change. Stories are reviewed before use and identifying details are removed. Because stories are anonymous, we can't identify or remove a specific story once shared — please share only what you're comfortable with. Nothing is kept with your name, email, or number — we never have them.
Your words were real, and now they belong to the night sky. What you're carrying is heavy, and it is not your fault. People get to the other side of this — every day, with support.
A real person, if you want one
Sometimes you need a human who's been there. Eusocial offers free, text-based peer check-ins from a trained and certified peer supporter with lived experience. Not therapy, not medical care, no records kept — just someone in your corner.
Reach out: Message us on Signal · Replies: Tu/Thurs/Sat between 12pm-8pm PT.
If you're in crisis, use 988 first — then message us too. We still want to hear from you when you're safe.
For Family and Community
Many struggling parents never say the words "I'm not okay." Learn the signs, ask directly, and keep showing up to support.
You can get to the other side
Perinatal mental health conditions are among the most treatable conditions in all of mental health. People get to the other side of this. Your story here helps build the care that should have existed all along.
